In the ICU, breathing and feeding have always competed.
For patients receiving non-invasive ventilation who also require enteral nutrition, delivering both therapies through the same interface can be challenging. The interface was never designed to do both at once — creating limitations.
The seal breaks
Routing a nasogastric tube under a conventional mask cushion opens a leak path. Pressure drops, alarms trigger, and NIV efficacy suffers exactly when it matters most.
Air goes the wrong way
Leak and pressure compensation can drive gastric insufflation — distension, discomfort, and a patient who tolerates the therapy less well.
Nutrition gets deferred
The workaround is to interrupt ventilation, or to postpone feeding. Neither is a good answer for a critically ill patient, and both cost the team time.
ALLTIP® — Adjustable, Lockable, Leak-proof Tube Inclusion Port — is our patented technology for integrating enteral feeding access into an NIV interface. A dedicated port passes the feeding tube through the mask frame rather than beneath the silicone cushion, so ventilation and nutrition run simultaneously.

The seal is never breached
The tube passes through a dedicated, leak-proof port in the rigid frame — never under the silicone cushion. Pressure holds; NIV efficacy is protected.
Ventilation and feeding, together
The patented method delivers nutrition and NIV therapy simultaneously — no interruptions to either, no choosing between them.
No mask removal to feed
The tube already in the patient is never withdrawn, re-sited or re-measured. Feeding starts and stops without touching the seal or the therapy.
Aids gastric decompression
Controlled air release helps manage gastric insufflation — a direct answer to one of NIV's most common complications.
Designed for bedside handling
The feeding tube is positioned laterally into the locking insert and secured in place, with the tube already positioned through the port.
Functions as a conventional NIV mask when capped
When enteral access is not required, the captive cap closes the port so the interface can be used as a conventional full-face NIV mask.
